13. Refund Policy
Full refunds for our plans will only be issued for requests that are filed within 24 hours after making the purchase. We do not provide refunds for disputes submitted after 24 hours.All Pre-Built Shopify Store orders that have been delivered to the customer via email are final and non refundable. There is no way for us to recoup our labor costs and the time spent creating Your order.We always provide our best to the customer so that there would be no chance of refund but in case if you find any deficiency in the order delivered to you like the things we have defined in the description of our service is not properly fulfilled. You have to send us an email at support@alphadropship.com accordingly with clearly mentioning and describing the issue which you are having.Our technical team will contact you back within 24 hours and will satisfy you accordingly.
