Full refunds for our plans will only be issued for requests that are filed within 24 hours after making the purchase. We do not provide refunds for disputes submitted after 24 hours.
All Pre-Built Shopify Store orders that have been delivered to the customer via email are final and non refundable. There is no way for us to recoup our labor costs and the time spent creating Your order.
